One of my favorite treats growing up is champorado - chocolate rice. How could anything be better? It's rice AND chocolate. YUM!

So one cold morning, I decided to make some. Here's what it looks like. With a mug of steaming milk, it's a great way to start a nice relaxing Saturday at home.

There is only one thing that could make this better: bulad(dried fish). I'm rolling my eyes at you if you think that's gross. Ask any true-blue Bisaya: champorado and bulad is the best!
