My sari-sari e-store

I'm in the middle of setting up my e-store. I'm using OS commerce which is a sophisticated shopping cart software. The problem is I was trying to set up a "sari-sari" store - nothing fancy. No complicated inventory databases.

The other e-commerce software I'm considering is Ashop Commerce. The admin page looks easier to manage which is very important to this Filipina estore owner-wannabe. It has all the security and services my little sari-sari store might need. You get free SSL security on checkout and admin and your store will be search engine-optimized.

Lookswise, I like their shop front demos. I want to have a professional-looking storefront. Cluttered, amateurish storefronts aren't very attractive and makes me wonder if they are safe enough for me to enter my credit card info.

I like the monthly sales graph right in the middle of the admin home page. Gives you a great idea of how business is doing.

When I figure out my forecasts, marketing and other stuff, I'll test drive this shopping cart. This one looks really promising. If you want to set up an online store, this is worth looking at.
